Statement Boutique accepts returns on online purchases of regularly priced items, within 14 days of order delivery. Items must be in brand new, unwashed and unworn condition, with all original tags still attached.  All jewelry must have all tags attached and/or storage bags included, as received. All footwear must include the original shoe box in the condition received. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Clearance sale items are final sale. Items purchased on sale at a discount of 30% off or more are not eligible for return or exchange. All clearance items will be clearly marked on individual product pages and again in the shopping cart, for your convenience.

Discounts or items otherwise promoted as final sale, are not eligible for return or exchange, including but not limited to discount codes including the word FINAL.

If you wish to exchange an item, the exchange item will be shipped at no additional cost to you (for domestic shipments). You are only responsible for the return shipping of the original item. International customers, please contact us for more information.

FREQUENT RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are no longer able to fulfill orders from customers who have an unusually high rate of returns. Customers will be contacted on an individual basis, with the option of receiving merchandise credit only for returns. If this offer is declined, the account will be suspended indefinitely.

You must request an RMA number for your return. Any unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to sender at your expense.

For your convenience, we offer three methods of return:

  • Ship with a carrier of your choice
  • Ship with a return label provided by us; the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from your return refund. If you would like to know what the cost will be, prior to making your decision, kindly contact us. This label will be emailed to you for printing, we are unable to mail you the label.
  • Return to our retail boutique

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs in shipment back to us and recommend using a trackable and insured service, if you choose to ship with a carrier of your choice.

If a shipment is returned to us due to refusal of acceptance or an incorrect address that is unable to be delivered, the original cost of shipping and any shipping costs incurred will be deducted from your refund.

Credit will typically be refunded within 3 business days of receipt of returns.
