Now Open For In-Store Shopping

We are open for in-store shopping in a limited capacity. We kindly ask that you have patience with us, as we navigate this new normal. If you wish to visit, you'll be asked to observe the following protocol while in-store.

APPOINTMENTS

We’ll be open by appointment only, with one visitor at a time. Advanced notice is appreciated and preferred, but feel free to call up to an hour prior and we'll let you know if we can accommodate. Appointments will be blocked for 2 hours, unless otherwise requested. You're welcome to bring additional guests with you, but kindly understand that we will not have a chair available for use. We will have only the stools in our fitting rooms that can be sanitized appropriately.

FACE COVERINGS

Staff will be wearing masks and visitors will be required to wear one in-store. Feel free to wear your own, else we’ll provide a disposable mask.

HAND SANITIZER

Please use the hand sanitizer at our station once you enter the shop. After cleaning your hands, if you wish to browse the racks, you'll put on gloves.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Although there's nothing more we love to do than personally assist you, we’ll maintain a distance of 6 feet while you browse and try on. Feel free to relax in the fitting room while we start the checkout process.

CLEANING

Fitting rooms will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each appointment. All frequently used areas will be sanitized often throughout the day.

TRY ONS

All items that have been tried on will be hung on a separate rack where they will be steamed thoroughly and put back onto our sales floor after 24 hours.

PAYMENTS

Kindly, no cash or check payments at this time. Credit cards and gift cards only, please. We do not have a touch-less terminal yet but can accommodate no touch, in other ways.

A NOTE ABOUT THE RESTROOM

As Andrea is a one woman show right now, we sincerely ask that you use your own restroom prior to stopping in. This will greatly help us have more time to assist you, our fabulous Statementistas.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP OR ONLINE SHOPPING

We understand many of you may not yet be comfortable shopping in-store and we will continue to offer curbside pick-up for any items ordered on our website, over the phone, email or through social media. We can arrange for you to try on at home, as well, if you'd prefer. We are here to accommodate, as needed, and will continue doing our best to make this time as easy as possible.
